Zucchini Noodle Turkey Marinara

Zucchini noodle turkey marinara is a lighter take on a cozy pasta dinner. The turkey sauce is rich and satisfying while the zucchini noodles keep the plate fresh.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 4 zucchini, spiralized
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown turkey with garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add marinara and simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Saute zucchini noodles for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender.
  4. Spoon turkey marinara over zucchini noodles.
  5. Top with basil and parmesan.
