Air fryer chicken tenders are crunchy, kid-friendly and much lighter than deep-fried versions. Pair them with sweet potato fries and a quick yogurt dip for a balanced dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut sweet potato into fries and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken in egg, then breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
  3. Air fry sweet potato fries at 390 F for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chicken tenders and cook until crisp and cooked through.
  5. Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice for a dip.
