Air fryer salmon bites are quick, flavorful and perfect for bowls. The outside gets lightly crisp while the inside stays tender, making this a weeknight favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Toss salmon cubes with soy sauce and honey.
  2. Air fry at 400 F until cooked and lightly crisp.
  3. Mix Greek yogurt, hot sauce and lime juice.
  4. Build bowls with rice, cucumber, avocado and salmon.
  5. Drizzle with spicy yogurt sauce.
