Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Form turkey into small patties and season well.
  2. Air fry potatoes at 390 F until crisp.
  3. Add turkey patties and cook until done.
  4. Mix yogurt, ketchup and mustard for a light sauce.
  5. Build bowls with lettuce, tomato, pickles, potatoes and turkey.
