Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour in the sauce and simmer until glossy.
  4. Build bowls with rice, vegetables, edamame and chicken.
  5. Finish with sesame seeds if desired.
