A quick and flavorful noodle mag stir-fry with a spicy peanut sauce, perfect for a speedy and satisfying lunch!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 package noodle mag

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)

  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodle mag according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.

  3. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add the cooked noodles and peanut sauce to the wok. Toss to combine.

  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sriracha to your desired spice level.

  • Feel free to substitute other vegetables based on your preference and what you have on hand.

  • For extra protein, add cooked chicken, tofu, or shrimp.
