Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Brush salmon with teriyaki sauce and sear until cooked through.
  2. Warm rice and edamame.
  3. Slice cucumber and avocado.
  4. Build bowls with rice, vegetables and salmon.
  5. Finish with sesame seeds and lime.
