Ingredients
  

Brownie Bottoms

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Beat in egg until combined. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Spoon brownie batter into muffin cups.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • Spoon cheesecake filling over brownie batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Notes
