Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Combine melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.
Beat in egg until combined. Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
Spoon brownie batter into muffin cups.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Spoon cheesecake filling over brownie batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. Chill for at least 1 hour.
