Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, black beans, diced red bell pepper, and diced green onion.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the corn and bean mixture, and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
If desired, fold in the diced jalapeño for added heat.
Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add more jalapeño or include some hot sauce.
