Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn and cream-style corn.
Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, ranch dressing mix, and cayenne pepper if using.
Mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed.
Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier dip, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
