Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweet corn drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn and cream-style corn.
  • Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, ranch dressing mix, and cayenne pepper if using.
  • Mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier dip, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
