shredded cheddar cheese

green onions
finely chopped

red bell pepper
diced

cucumbers

fresh parsley or cilantro
for garnish
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each flour tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, and diced cucumbers evenly over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll up each tortilla tightly. Repeat with all tortillas.
Once rolled, wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator and unwrap them. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the tortilla bites on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
