Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly into a thin, round, or rectangular shape (about 1/4 inch thick).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and set. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
