Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 package Yellow Cake Mix (15.25 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted

Filling

  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple undrained (20 ounce)
  • 1 package Cream Cheese softened (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 1 can Strawberry Pie Filling (21 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour undrained crushed pineapple into the baking dish.
  • Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over pineapple.
  • Spoon strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the strawberry pie filling.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Add whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat!
