Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour undrained crushed pineapple into the baking dish.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over pineapple.
Spoon strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the strawberry pie filling.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled. Add whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat!
