Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers any color
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños fresh or pickled
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until everything is evenly combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use more jalapeños or add hot sauce.
