Pepperoni Crescent Rolls

These Pepperoni Crescent Rolls are a delicious and easy appetizer perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese on each triangle.
  • Add a few slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape.
  • Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
