  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz sliced salami
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture over the entire tortilla.
  • Place slices of salami evenly over the cheese mixture, followed by a layer of fresh spinach leaves.
  • Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
  • Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • After chilling, remove the pinwheels from the refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy as a delicious appetizer or snack.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
